    Coaches,

    This happens every year at the beginning of the season as many new coaches at the HS level are unfamiliar with the weigh-in process and the OPC system.  There are two links below to help you with this process.  The first link is how to add an event to your schedule inside the OPC system.  The second link shows you how to generate your weigh-in sheet for that event.  Note, if your team has not conducted the Body Fat Assessment yet and entered your roster in the OPC, you will not be able to generate a weigh-in sheet.  If you have questions about the latter, you should contact your athletics director immediately.  I hope this helps someone!

    Ky Wrestling Community:

    I wanted to make sure everyone received the details as we have an opportunity to come together to celebrate Max's life.  In case you are unaware, the Emerson family is a very open and loving family that would love to see anyone who knew Max.  As many of you also know, Max was very much a supporter of casual dress:)!  Come as you are, celebrate the life of a remarkable human being, and wrap your arms around someone!

    Please see attached flyer for all the details and reach out with any questions (contact info is on the flyer).  We are excited to host Coach Chertow this summer June 22-24th for a 3 day camp and we hope to bring in some athletes from our area looking to put some work.  There is a cap on numbers, so please don't delay.

    Coaches & Wrestlers:

    Next Wednesday, March 15th Oldham Co. HS will be hosting the first RTC Workout.  5:00-6:30pm in the OCHS wrestling room.  These workouts will rotate between OCHS and St. Xavier HS.  Last spring we had wrestlers from all over attend these workouts including Oldham, North Oldham, St. X, Trinity, Fern Creek, Southern, Male, Moore, PRP, LaRue, and Spencer County.  These workouts are absolutely free and a great opportunity for wrestlers in our area to get on a wrestling mat in the off-season.  Workouts are open to all MS and HS wrestlers.  Wrestlers must have a current USAW membership (all MS wrestlers should have these already.  HS wrestlers may need to renew).  Coaches invited as well!

    Coaches & Wrestlers:

    Who: HS/MS Athletes only.  Must have a current USAW card.  These will be checked at the door!

    What:  Warm-up - Technique - Drilling - Live Wrestling

    When: March 16th.  5:00-6:30pm

    Where:  OCHS Wrestling Room.  Enter through back of wrestling room Door #19 (parking in bus lot).

    How:  Show up!  Have a good attitude!  Work hard!

    Coaches,

    Oldham Co. is looking to fill our last opening on our schedule.  We are looking for a tri or quad to attend on Wednesday, Jan-5th (or Friday, Jan-7th).
