  9. Great for kids particularly wrestlers all those awkward positions make it scary to watch at times can't believe there are not more serious injuries its the flexibility and strength that comes with the sport that helps kids stay in one piece , Austin still hits them in the off season now and again to maintain the flexibility , his strength has skyrocketed that casual slower paced training in the gym is perfect for building strength , power lifters/ strength athletes have different speeds than say wrestlers or more radio based athletes , to get strong you eat rest train and say fresh for your next lift as the wrestling season approaches pick up the pace add some speed a few different moves and some cardio , the change itself stimulates growth , that's what brings change - change . Twelve 45s Dutch that's 585 he's over the top now , he wants 700 ! The best power it any sports move bar none dead lift . Every muscle group and explosive power , next I would say the lunge presses for wrestlers ,
  10. I know man I know everyone who meets Austin appreciates him I was just bragging lol he will do us all proud as he has done just like so many others from ky do yours included and third rounds included gotta love kids in ky and all those representing , Lightweight classes usually have a lot of underclassmen it only makes sense a lot of pits and kettles over at Ryle lol they have the Camels this weekend sucks for me I'm out of town I have seventeen eighteen to lose for 220 ATM has about ten to fifteen for our bf challenge you pots and kettles should suffer along with your kids like us camels do , new perspective and appreciation is gained through suffering mad respect for all the wrestlers cutting weight training and overcoming , good luck to all the ky kids in HS College and whatever level , good luck to that CC kindergartener today at his first practice as well haha , he had a couple at Woodford that went ok already for a few min anyway
  11. I win ATM is a freak for sure bro he's taken it to another level but he wrestled 120 then 146 then 209 in jr high weighing a chunky 180 something chasing down comp and an ow he trains like no other kid I have ever seen to be what he is no disrespect to anyone I guarantee there has not been a kid do what he has and does to prepare in this or the state across the river , he doesn't have the partners or the wrestling time anymore and hasn't he makes up for it on his own , I like everyone for the most part but ATM has wrestled an trained like a pro for a long time it will show , if he had the partners and people to go with like he had in the past it would be very frightening , read the lb for lb stuff doesn't matter to me when you eat sleep train to do what he does it is freaky but not genetics or natural ability wich he does not have more of than many , you wake up go to school go to football practice go home sleep get up hit the gym for two hrs then head home around midnight about four days a week your on a different level than most , no need to include him in any more discussions its not fair he is not like anyone before him I hear if trainers across the river who claim to be making champions lol ATM could train them he is now stronger than I was at his age on most things and I had all four state records with ease simply watching him in the weight room is insane he pulls twelve 45s off the ground one arm snatches the 100s crushes apples in his hand lol and picks up qb rb off the ground like they were paper and decapitates lineman on his way to double legging rbs to their backs , no bs check him out , expect him to pull over 700 before he graduates he can do handsprings all the way across a foot all field and do walk the walls as well as any 103 in the state , he's a machine with a little more attitude than in years past , crasy saw him stick with a fast receiver about 50 yards downfield last week and smash him just as he was about to make a reception. Actually the most impressive thing I have seen him do in a while , a 235 lb MLB hanging with the fastest kids on the field , he's a bad dude period there is not and will never be anyone like him again in this state or any he came from , he may well go undefeated in HS , Now tell me who the best ever may be. No doubt baby he will be a four time champ with the chance at a third and fourth nat title at 220 , All bs aside actually think about that .
  12. Yeah I like bother of them so they must be ok lol 126 or 5 or whatever is the first weight in college I could see someone's point for questioning someone if they stayed 106 or 112 all through high school , Boston is and will be big enough to handle college weight him and his accomishments are very relevant , Personally I have seen a lot of very good wrestler start out as 103-112 and then go up and do very very well , the best in the country in fact , still to me not as impressive as starting off big and whipping all that @$$ . I dieted my kids down as long as possible to keep them wrestling the best kids and they did it to themselves when I didn't push them to it only makes a kid better when they go up if a kid can wrestle the style of a light or middle and keep that pace / those moves as they get bigger it is very impressive when combined with the power of a large wrestler , No need to argue my friends the skill in the lightweight classes is remarkable I think the tough middle kids are actually the cream most of the time maybe different now in ky with the top dogs in those classes for the most part moving on , Brock and Boston and Fausz will have all eyes on the lighter ky guys this yr with everyone watching Lampes and some of the Nky kids to see who emerges as the next studs , The season has started as usual to soon in ky leaving its football / wrestlers screwed wich doesnt effect the lightweight guys usually oh well just have makeup work to do , some good Nky kids on the fields at Ryle and CC sucks go them .

    Brock Ervin commits to Illinois

Congrats one of the most talented focused and best wrestlers I have ever seen he is a beast !!!!! Congrats to Illinois
  14. Anyone interested in some pre season wrestling specific training at a very affordable price please feel free to let me know we are starting up our training in a few weeks at a facility in Campbell County all that will be required is a signed waiver and to be honest , whatever is affordable to the wrestler/ parent I am fully insured and have access to a nice facility with very nice equipment , We have done this the last few years in a facility in Ohio where we will still train but I am offering this for any wrestlers or any athletes in KY who are interested. I would actually like to start a powerlifting team out of this as well not just for CC but for every kid / school and team. Hopefully this will take off , either way I guarantee results for any serious athlete who participates , I am a 6 x Ohio open powerlifting champion and former Ipf KY teenage champion back in the Stone Age . Without going into details I have over 30 yrs training experience and have been involved with wrestling and wrestling specific training for over ten yrs , hope to hear from as many as possible , thanks . I will have some very interesting knowledgable and talented guests stopping in and helping out with our kids coaches and parents are welcome to participate or sit in .

    Boston vs Ervin vs Fauz

Win Rankings Boston 14th at 113 Ervin 5th at 126 Myers 6th at 220 Srs from last yr still in these rankings with two falling out of Brocks basically making him the 3 and two out of Austins putting him around 4 not sure how many in Nates class im sure he gets put in top ten ,all the rankings seem to use different tournys as measuring sticks Win goes heavily on NHSCA and with KY boys hitting nhsca nationals and team duals its a better gauge for our wrestlers ,Intermat has a bit of an Ohio bias and Usa seems to do a great job and with their grade brake downs it gives kids more goals and shows where kids stand in their own grades .

    Boston vs Ervin vs Fauz

Intermat HS rankings ALL Overalls Boston 10th at 113 with one graduate ahead of him Blackwell not ranked Ervin 16th at 126 with eight graduates ahead of him Fausz not ranked Myers 14th at 220 with six graduates ahead of him the rest Srs Boston looks as if he will move up a couple Brock a bunch and Austin pretty much as well ,KY should have three top Tens on Intermat in a couple weeks ,

Looking at the rankings by USA wrestling with SRS from last yr still in , For JRS , Nate Boston 6th at 113 11 Over all Trae Blackwell 13th at 120 28 Over all Brock Ervin 3rd at 126 12 Over all Sean Fausz 15th at 132 For FR and soph ATM 1 at 220 15th Over all French was at 10 and Stephen 11 at 160 for srs saw Cooper at 14 for srs at 152 ,I am sure there were more , With Brock winning NHSCA grade level nat and going undefeated at nat duals the same for Austin they probably get some bumps up ,Fausz did well at NHSCA but had a few losses at each ,then had a good yr in FR and GR ,it will be interesting when the pre season rankings come out with last yrs srs gone ,Brock will be very high as will Boston and the others ,with the lightest weight in college being 125 i expect Boston to move up and perhaps people will get to see some fireworks along the lines of Kevin/Stephen .four of KYs best could all be at 126 or 132 ,lets see how good they are at eluding each other again .

There are some studs in the Lampes around the middle weight class ,Forgot Clay ,and courtney and Jones are there not really sure how High or low one considers middle weights ?Meiman and Turner should be good this yr Things actually look pretty solid ,Team Ky should be able to put together another solid team at yrs end .and i suppose my Mouth did have a little to do with landing someone in college ,along with my time effort money drive knowledge and Genetics HAHAHHAAHHAand an obsessive desire to win and see others win . Yes its very hard to find good partners particularly at the upper weights and in general ,in the off season many kids are in other sports so they are at least getting that cross training that will keep them ready I would love to visit more I win but my old car cannot take to many of those long road trips WV had some Awesome open mats last yr hopefully they start them up again soon .Lindsey Wilson has some training going on on the weekends ,again thats a haul for many people !!

    Boston vs Ervin vs Fauz

Well here's the easiest way to look at it , Brock has four with one coming Nate has two with one coming Fausz has one with one coming !! On the national level , I think Nate has probably done and competed more , with the exception I last seasons fr Greco tournys , records tell the tales !!! And write it down Ky has yet to see its best ever Fr gr wrestler but they will very soon !

    Boston vs Ervin vs Fauz

Now we are having fun , as I recall Fausz wrestled TWO weights above Boston at state , he should beat him just as Austin would beat well ---- everyone , lol pin and win I see your point an Brock was at an age disadvantage when their match was close just saying we all have our allegiances , And no I did t cost my team a state title a win would not have won team needed 2 pins BUT big Mouth my Boys did put them in the hunt for a second title in a row the first one having quite a bit to do with them lol along with a duals title and the biggest in state match since god knows when in the history of the state , I like I win he was getting things rolling All within reason don't care for cowards hiding behind new user names and to be honest , Austin has wrestled tougher comp in his wrestling life than most kids at any weight I guess your to ignorant to recognise the names lol but you will hear his this and next yr at state when he does what few his sise ever have none in ky or Ohio ever and that's win four state titles over 200 lbs And in case you haven't notice he has done well at nationals not sure anyone from ky has ever won an ow at grade level nationals besides him or two for that matter of course I am bias , taking shots at Lindsey Wilson or a kid for going there lol a good team made better by getting a good kid simple as that , And Austin doesn't do ball parks he does Grid Irons and Arenas pin everyone everyone gets pinned I can't f):$:$:$ wait a bad bad bad dude is coming to KY wrestling this year and all bs aside I wouldn't wrestle him ! He's a demon I know I created him hahahahahahah Middles are tough this year lacking super studs of the past few yrs a Logan Jones is still around I believe and my man Wyatt ,
