That will start out meeting one day a week until arrangements are made for another facility. Ran by David Clemens a Campbellsville University 4 time All-American and national runner up with a college record of 97-13. Also voted most outstanding wrestler at Cliff Ken National duels outscoring opponents 74-2. Two time Ohio State placer with a combined college and high school record of 233-29 (Not including off season matches) Partnering up with Deans Wilkins wrestling coach from Jeffersontown. - Clinicians including Jacob Murtin, Josh Ashbrook (Campbellsville University), Conor Young (Campbellsville University All-American), Allen Scruggs (Campbellsville University National Runner up). - College wrestlers will attend practices very often to help assist with practice as well. At Team Redemption we will push you to become the best. With College All-Americans offering you advice and training. Who else can offer you this kind of training?     crab riding vs leg riding (whats the better ride)

    There really is no correct answer for this question. Each wrestler is different and so are their hips.. I would prefer using a crab ride, but I was never much of a leg rider. I used a lot of cheap tilts which was very successful through my college and high school career. A good leg rider is generally tough and not afraid to rip off you head or shoulder. Where a tilter like myself uses leverage and generally doesn't hurt. Both take time to learn and to be successful takes commcamentment to the move... It's all in the wrestler
  6. . I am David Clemens 4 time All American and a National runner up from Campbellsville University.. I am currently seeking out teams that are wanting to run preseason camps or even for individual work outs. I have outstanding credentials. Freshmen year of college 2005 to 2006 7th in the nation record 23-5.. Sophmore year 2006 to 2007 2nd in the nation, regional champ, National Duels Most Outstanding wrestler out scored opponents 74-2. Jounior year 2007 to 2008 torn LCL week before nationals 5th at national tournament, regional champ, ed south champ. Senior year was two years later after I returned back to school 2010 to 2011 Mid South Conference Champ, Missouri Valley Champ,. I broke my ankle first match at regionals and defaulted out of the tournment.. Decided to wrestle at the national tournament regardless placeing 8th defaulting out after the All American Round. I will not only teach some of the the technique that has helped me become a successful wrestler but also the mindset that it takes to do so.. If you are interested in having me as a clinician I also have referals from camps that I have ran in the past. I enjoy coaching and want to extend my knowledge of wrestling to others.
