Only major change from the original format is that weigh ins will now be at 10am (to allow those officials travel time to get to JC) Event will be at the High School Region 4 – WRESTLING TOURNAMENT HOSTED BY: JOHNSON COUNTY MIDDLE SCHOOL Johnson County High School 257 North Mayo Trail Paintsville, KY 41240 JANUARY 30, 2016 SCRATCH MEETING: Seeding meeting will be held directly after weigh-ins. ENTRY FEE: $16.00 PER WRESTLER (No maximum fee). ELIGIBILITY: All wrestlers that are on your team that have a valid USA INSURANCE CARD and adhere to all Bylaws. REGISTRATION: Entry fees are due no later than the morning of the event. If your team or club hasn’t paid by the day of the Tournament, they WILL NOT be able to participate. Always had the mindset that it would be neat to have HS and MS State duels at the same time in the same venue. (they are on the same date on schedule anyways why not.) Issue has always been a facility big enough to host it. We may have found one, we will know in a few weeks. I do know this, being this is a KWCA event im sure the KWCA and KSWA could pull it off.

I have sent out all cards to those who have turned in all of their requirements. Below is the list of teams that turned in By Laws, but do not have a coach with the requirements completed. If requirements are not turned in for these teams by January 13, 2016, these teams will not be allowed to compete in the district tournament. Workers needed for 2016 Youth State Tournament Those teams wishing to sign up to work at the youth state tournament this year need to send me a direct message with what you wish to work.
