This year’s Spring camp will host some outstanding wrestlers and coaches that are currently top ranked in the U.S.A. I’ve designed this camp to make you a more technical and aggressive wrestler. We will go over how to be in perfect position, set-ups to high percentage takedowns, match ending throws, defense/counter attacks, how to successfully hold an opponent down and turn him, and how to combo wrestle from the bottom.
We will also cover dieting, flexibility, strength & conditioning, and how to focus and be mentally tough when it counts. My goal for this camp is to share with you the tools it takes to become a championship wrestler. I’ve been involved with wrestling for 22 years and am committed to helping wrestlers reach and exceed their goals.

Camp is looking great so far! Wrestlers of all ages and skill levels are signed up. We got about 20 spots left.

Along with myself, the Stiebers, Orlando Scales, Mike DeHart, The Pretty's, Scott Goodpaster, and many college counselors this camp is on top of its game!

  2. Thanks for the good and bad feedback guys.

I agree that there was an issue this year with the method in which it was ran.

We had almost 300 wrestlers competing. Started at 10am and finished by 7pm.

Next year we will surely fix the timing issue. I'm completely dedicated to making this tournament into a well ran regional/national event.

  11. Camp is shaping up very nicely!

Just signed multiple state placers from IN, KY, and Ohio.

It's looking like the 120-140lb group is going to be super stacked.

We are expecting wrestlers of all ages and sizes from over 25 different schools.

Our featured clinician (Brandon Becker) is also excited to teach. He is currently a budding MMA star: http://www.nj.com/gloucester-sports/...grad_bran.html

Spots are filling up fast and we anticipate camp to sell out.

Thanks and see you all very soon!!
