Over 10 years running the Sunday class has hosted several state champions, college all Americans, and national champions. This is a no nonsense class and the pace is high. Most wrestlers lose 5+ lbs each class. This year we will have MULTIPLE college combine practices to help wrestlers get noticed and recruited. Newer to wrestling? These classes are perfect for the youth beginner! Over 10 years running these classes have helped produce many champion wrestlers. The focus is FUN, coordination, and basics.

This will be a 2 day clinic and will be fabulous for any wrestler looking to learn elite level freestyle technique. If you're heading out to Fargo this is perfect for you.
