  1. CHAMPION TRAINING CAMPS-August/September 2014 These camps are designed to give each wrestler a full wrestling experience. Our goal is to teach wrestlers the importance of being a well-rounded athlete. We will cover technique, strength, speed, balance, intensity, dieting, being mentally tough, getting good grades, and more! By the end of the weekend wrestlers will know and understand the tools it takes to become a champion. I’ve been involved with wrestling for over 20 years and am committed to helping each wrestler reach and exceed their goals. Please come to camp prepared and ready to push yourself physically and mentally.   7. SUMMER CAMP JUNE 8-12, 2014 “Join us this summer from June 8-12 for a total wrestling experience! This camp will be hosted at my new custom wrestling facility. I’ve been going to summer camps all over the country since I was 9 years old and I’m excited to show the wrestling community how I roll. Cardio and innovative workouts in the morning, first class technique in the afternoon from myself and D1 Duke wrestler Andrew DeHart, intense live sessions in the evening, home cooked catered meals, and team activity at Wake Nation Wakeboarding Park are just some of what I have planned for the week!” This camp is a 4 night / 5 day total wrestling experience. The week will consist of a unique blend of conditioning, technique, drilling, and intense live wrestling. I have designed this camp to teach wrestlers how to train like a champion. Wrestlers will leave this camp with the necessary tools and knowledge it takes to excel in this sport.   10. I want to thank everyone for an amazing camp. We had 80 + wrestlers and over 10 coaches and clinicians present. The match ups and talent in the room was superb. It seems like these camps keep getting better and better every year!

  15. Thanks to EVERYONE who helped out this year. We simply could not do it without you! What a great turnout. 350 wrestlers. Started at about 10:30 and was finished at about 6pm. Not bad. Superb competition. Some of the weight classes were large so if you had a bye first round you were waiting for a while. We all know that at tournaments you have to play the waiting game every now and then. As usual, we took notes and will make it bigger and better next year. We have outgrown Cincinnati State (which is a good thing) so look for us to be in an arena next year with 6 mats! Thanks again to all the workers, wrestlers, and parents/spectators!
