I hate that regionals is at hoops i think they should pick a high school that is suitable for each region like one thats not a far drive for anyone in a region and only one regional tourney at a school that way there is no confusion and it goes on alot quicker!

Sullivan should have beat Spencer. I dont think that match was refed very well. but we each have our own opinion.

One that made my jaw drop that was an upset to me was Elliot Martin from Seneca! Man I was really hoping he was gonna win it all! In my opinion he was a dam good wrestler!

I think a wrestler that has worked really hard this season and that to me has a good shot would be Demery.

I agree but i believe that if you are wrestling for a medal spot 1st,2nd,3rd and so on that the 5 match rule should not apply. because if you are going for that 3rd n 4th or whatever every little bit counts and it helps and hurts teams. If you are going for a medal then you should at least be given the opportunity to fight for it you know? I think that the 5 match rule hurt alot of kids at the trojan inventational, like 3 or 4 matches were forfeited due to that in my opinion stupid rule. Unless the wrestler is injured or has a physical disability that they cant compete in the match i think that the 5 match rule should not apply.

Being nervous is all part of the game baby! Its what makes everything seem so much more intense! Im pumped for regionals, but yes i do agree the week before your training getting yourself mentally and physically prepared so gentelmen let the GAMES BEGIN! lol In my opinion this is when the season starts! this is wear dreams are made and broken so lets see what happens!

I will agree Coach Carr is an outstanding coach. I wish our coach had as much knowledge as that man. lol cause if we are being honest I think we all know that meade countys coach isnt the most techincal but he will get you strong quick. plus he trys really hard for us. but thats my opinion.

the jv state tourney. a bunch of eade guys went.. 103- 5th place- Lance Kelly 130- 5th place- Oscar Burgoes 152 or 160- Runner up- Cody Hoskins 171- Champion- Mikey Clark 215- Champion- Cole Abersole These are the ones that placed just off what ive been told by our coach.

I know the top 5 for 112: 1. Jeff Warra- Fairidale 2. James Huffines- Southern 3. James Childress- Meade County 4. Jade or Jake Colston-PRP 5. BC and im sure Meade County will have the 1st seeds at the following weights: 103, 119, 125? possibly,140,152,160,215

I like the two new refs, they wrestled for central hardin last year. one is Tyler Lasley(I think I spelled it right) and I dont remember the other ones name. he was like Hawiian or something. i believe he was their 125 or 130.

Region 3 is Meade county and Southern. Does anyone know who all is goin? :wink:

I know it was hosted at Meade County and that 11 meade wrestlers meadled but im not sure on the individual rankings ill get with my coach and let you know man.

I think that Ethan Medley is a pritty recognizable senior at 140

I dont wanna say that Woodford has lost their dominance so to speak but we have to remember that Woodford graduated like 6 kids. The only guys they have that will carry them in state will be Bracco and Courtney. Hope i spelled that right and if i didnt i appologise.
