Did I miss something? I don't recall seeing this argument on here. I've never spoke to AJ but have observed him and he seems like a very nice young man. Absolutely nobody is immune to having a lapse in judgement, so far be it from any of us to judge him. The rankings are a double edged sword because we all love them so much and it gives us something to look forward to; but as we all know (or at least I hope we do) they don't mean a thing. Brandon Reed for instance was not even ranked in last years preseason rankings. Nobody has ever won a wrestling match on the Internet. Hope to see many more rankings to come from Ranger and Dutch.

Can't wait to see how Tom Ketchen Carter does. I don't know that there are 19 better 106s than him. Also; just out of curiosity what is the reason for Tristan Garcia consistently being ranked as high as he is (15th)? Kaden Darbro ranked 21st, despite having a well under .500 record but who also beat Tristan at regionals? Not questioning. Just asking for insight.

Personally I just cannot imagine AJ Bindner leaving high school without an individual state championship. I just can't picture it.

And as always; great job Team KY! So proud of how far our state has come, thanks to all the hard working coaches, kids, and parents.

Congratulations to her! Toska is a true legend in the world of wrestling, let alone Kentucky wrestling. I wrestled a hundred matches under her as a kid, and have coached that times 10 and she is the best all around. Hope to still see her around the tournaments.

Rather than pulling out the measuring stick how about we all just applaud the young man for his work ethic as well as NKY boys. At this time of year its Ky vs America. A bit of unison can go a long way.

My personal opinion; Nate Wheeler will do better than 9th.

I don't know Zane personally, but I know his Shamrock coaches personally. I asked this question last year and they told me his father is a Male alumni or something and they are dead set on Zane attending Male. And besides, Trinity HS can't have anything to say about it. Shamrock wrestling club technically has no affiliation to trinity high school other than the facilities. ETC will have Louisville and Oldham Co. absolutely running the show.
