Cooper is about to hire its 3rd coach in as many seasons.....haven't heard an official announcement. I have moved on to Ryle High School as an Assistant.

Coaches, Ryle High School in Union KY is looking to round out its schedule for next season and would like to throw some dates out there for those of you that still have events left. In an effort to continually improve out schedule we would like to see some new teams. We will have a full Varsity and JV that we would like to schedule for dual/tri meets for weekday matches when possible. We prefer to host on most dates listed below, but are certainly open to any good opportunities out there. 2009 Cooper Jaguar Wrestling Invitational Format: 10 teams with two pools of five wrestlers. Extras will be accepted in order to fill the pools. The goal is to have 10 wrestlers in each weight class and guarantee each kid four matches. There will be a maximum of 10 wrestlers in each weight class. Winners of each pool will meet for 1st place and second in each pool meet for 3rd place. We will place the top four Individuals and top two teams. Where: Cooper High School 2855 Longbranch Road Union, KY 41091 When: Saturday December 5th, 2009 Cooper High School is looking for a broad range of teams to complete the 10 team field this season. Ideally we would like a mixture of teams that will not see each other during the season. Currently teams from Ohio and Kentucky have committed and we are pursuing teams from other neighboring states as well.
