I was stating in my opinion the region finals at 152 would be Frazier vs Sullivan, but as you can see McCrearys supporters would disagree. But hey its not that far away, I can wait.. Should be some very exciting matches at region 8 this year.

Well lets see.. Everytime Sullivan wayne co. has wrestled Shoopman mccreary co. it has ended with the same winner Sullivan wayne co. Frazier lawrence co. has beat both of them everytime he has wrestled them.. ergo Frazier lc vs Sullivan wc. facts are facts

At 117 I would say Vincent wins that match pretty easily. The 140 match I would have to say Sammons will most likely pull it out.

I personally think that if 215 is so easy then why would Kelly cut weight and let Dials wrestle up? Why not him just wrestle 215 and Dials wrestle 189 and neither one of them cut weight. Just because there is not a multiple time finalist in 215 doesnt mean that the guys that are there arent just a good as any other weight. look at 171 from last year, none of those guys had ever been to the finals and none of them had really made a name for themselves yet, now this year im pretty sure everybody knows who Reid is.. Same could be said for 215, its just taking those top 2 or 3 guys time to make a name for themselves and people just arent seeing how good that they are.

I personally think that if Reid wants to end it in 30 seconds then he does so. Brad is a good wrestler but he is not at Masons level yet.

Im going to have to go with a region 8 competitor on this one.. I think that Matt Slone has what it takes to win the state tournament this year. 135 is truly a toss up this year, it will come down to who wants it the most, and Slone has always found a way to win the big matches and sheldon clark usually wrestles a tough schedule. 1- Matt Slone 2- Matt Miller 3- Zack Poulton 4- Derek Branch IMO..

What will be some good match-ups this weekend at McCreary? Is Jordan Blanton from Johson going 70 or 75? If he goes 70 i could see him in the finals at the state tournament.
