It is official. We got the approval from the principle today. The Hawks Wrestling Club up and running at Ockerman Middle School

Met with the A.D. yesterday. She is on board with us having a team. Next stop the principle. Stay tuned for more info.

I talked too Kieth and he is very supportive as allways.

Ockerman Middle is in Northern Kentucky and will be feeding the Boone County High School program.

We are working on getting a team back at Ockerman Middle for the 2010 season. Details as we get them will be posted on here.

a friend of mine has a son who wrestles in Georgia. the son has autism and is doing fine with the sport. this year was his second year and he finished with a winning record. the team has not had to do anything special for the boy in order to accommodate him.
