    LaRue vs John Hardin

I think Both John and LaRue have great programs and good teams 8-). But, they better watch out for Central  as they will have a quality dual team this season.

    Region 4 results

If these are truly the kids records I'm impressed: Look at all the matches they are getting. I started to cut and past and it was to much when middle schoolers are 30 plus match's someone is doing a great job providing opportunities.

    Sleepers at State Duals

They have some good kids; but to many holes in the line-up to beat Union.

    THE GREENWAVE!!!

As I've always been told: you wrestle the team you have, not the one you want ie.. injuries, sick, individual disclipline (missed weigh) grades, vacation, missed the bus, transferred or whatever other reason coaches or kids have for not participating. Meade brought the kids they had available at the time and they won! all THOSE OTHER TEAMS Shoulda, woulda, coulda but didn't The headline still reads Meade County wins its first wrestling Invitational in school history the North Hardin Trojan Invitational. Not North Not Seneca, Christian County nor John Hardin's B team If John wanted to win they should have sent the other 8 varsity members instead of going to the Dragon. If Larue would of went? We can if this all night CONGRADUATIONS to MEADE County

    THE GREENWAVE!!!

Well the worst Meade can be is 15th at state duals:-D

Are they replacing Paul Dundar :? If all the regions send two teams then I guess the host would not be able to participate. Either way it should be an exciting weekend.

    State Duals Predictions

My best guess for the Top four seeds : Top side Pool 1 Region 1 #1 Union County Pool 2 Region 6 #1 Campbell or Region 2 #1 John Hardin "Coin Toss" Ryle wants Campbell Co to stay away from Union. Larue wants John to stay away from Union Bottom side Pool 3 Region 8 #1 Wayne Pool 4 Region 4 #1 Trinity Draw ins for 1's Region 6 #1 Campbell or Region 2 #1 John Hardin Region 3 #1 Meade Region 5 #1 South Oldham Region 7 #1 Woodford County Region 1 #2 Henderson Region 2 #2 Larue County Region 3 #2 Southern Region 4 #2 Seneca Region 5 #2 North Oldham Region 6 #2 Ryle Region 7 #2 Henry Clay (Host) Paul Dundar declined Region 8 #2 Johnson Central

    State Finals Predictions

Folks all fairness to both kids, Mason had 6 minutes to pin Hitching and didn't or couldn't. Call it a beating if you want; but for six minutes Hitching went toe to toe and never backed off or ran from Mason. Yes, Mason won the match and gave Brad some free points, but give Hitching some credit for a what 10th grader? Yes, Hitching was smoked after the match, that's because he keep trying.
  24. Old School

    State Finals Predictions

Brad Hitching did a great job at the Dragon. Mason won the match; but, Brad went at him hard and all six minutes. 12-6 maybe?

    Dragon Invitational Results

    1. 217.5 Trinity 2. 214.5 Ryle 3. 146.5 South Oldham 4. 143 John Hardin 5. 139.5 Saint Xavier Very well run tournament. Referee's made everyone wrestle, many stalling calls on both and penalty points awarded. Everyone has an idea of how state will be. DON't step back more than two steps, circle to the center and keep moving: both top and bottom.
