Pretty much the top 4 in each are all good wrestlers. The semis and finals should be good.

The 152 and 160 classes should be interesting.

I really want to see this 7th grader Mark Hall. Looks like with him living up to the hype it has put Ryle slightly over Trinity for right now. Nice Rankings!!

This tournament used to be pretty tough, what happened?

Not trying to stir things up but wouldn't you have to blame yourself if your grades were not good enough at the end of the semester?From what I read, (correct me if I am wrong) he could of possibly came back from the injury if he would of done some school work? If this is true it is a sad way to end your career, but really only your own fault.

I always thought he was very good but for some reason the big guys never impress me as much as the others. Another guy to mention would be John Wolfsiefer. If he had wrestled his senior year and possibly beat Mitch Ervin there would be no debate that he should be in the debate. That would of been one great match. Ill throw Scott Cooper, Mason Reid, and Bryan Peace out there as some honorable mentions. I have always thought Johnson was a great wrestler but I think him not winning it all last year hurt his claim as one of the best of the past decade.

If Murton would have wrestled in Ky his freshman year and won a title, would he be ahead of Courtney? Does anyone doubt Murton would have won his fresh year? I would also have to throw Matt Zarth into my top 10 of the decade. The way he turned it up at state was always awesome to watch.

I always thought that Jacob Murton was one of the best Ky wrestlers I have ever seen. Glad to hear he is wrestling again at Campbellsville. Courtney and Brad Cooper are my next two picks.

I agree that it has fallen off some. It is still a good tourny and Woodford always does a real nice job with the finals.

If 145 stays this way it will be a real tough weight class. I see one or two of those guys at 152 though. Did Lewis from Trinity graduate last year or just not wrestling this year?

Next week, its on. I ran once over the summer so I am in pretty good shape now. Add my new job that has at least put 1 to 2 pds of muscle on me and you are dead in the water. Ill just keep getting escapes after you take me down and we shall see who wins.

I am suprised that all Trinity is sending is one. I would of liked to see some of there other wrestlers going. Good luck to all that is going, I am sure you will represent Ky very well.
