I'll admit it. I like to tech people. But we're starting to sound like MMA fighters. We keep talking about how "exciting" a tech or a pin is for the audience but we forgot one thing...THAT DOESN'T MATTER! Neither one of the two is any better. You might preffer to do one or the other. Maybe you even HAVE TO DO one or the other in a points race against another team. But the bottom line is a win is a win. A tech fall is no better than a pin is no better than a major decision is no better than a decision. One might give you more bragging rights or may make you appear very dominate. However you look at it, a win is a win.

Unless some 215's bump up, it looks like there will be a couple good guys at the top of heavy but the weight class still looks kind of weak. Baily more than makes up for the lack of people though. YOU'RE HUGE SON!!!

I said I was goin' to but i've been gettin' dizzy and stuff for no reason lately. So i'm gonna have to sit this one out. It sucks. But i'll be goin' up to watch. Sorry. I was lookin' forward to some greco mat time.

I think that William Northington, by the end of next season, will be in a place where he could place. He'll only be a freshman but at the rate he improves and learns I think he'll be bringin' home a medal.

I'm gonna bump this topic back up because I think it's important we keep it goin'. We would love to see more wrestlers come out to South End Wrestling Club. More and more people come every week so there seems to be a legitimate interest. There is bound to be someone you know in the area that's goin' so come on out and gets some mat time in. We have wrestlers from Doss, Desales, Iroquis, Central, PRP, Ballard, Southern, and I think some more.

Yea. Sounds like Pulton's got himself an iron chin. Maybe he should cage fight. :-D

Yea. I've been workin' lots of stuff like that lately. They're on their hands and i'm behind. Then I pick up the legs [wheel barrow position] and I have all kinds of tilts and stuff I can do. It's a great position once you learn how to use it.

What all goes into the decision makin' process when it comes to chosing the MVW at state. Could someone who upset someone like Johnny Wolsiefer during the tourny get the award simply because he upset such a dominant opponent?

How did we go from open mats to the educational quality of Moore high school? lol.

Even though they were 1-1 at state, Pulton and Davis was a good example of Justin's intensity. He threw that kid through the air and he took out the rope lining by the mat. lol. He's just such a physical wrestler.

What is the situation with singlets? If we do the pizza fundraiser, when are we gettin' the forms? Also, what were the decided designs on singlets and shirts?

Where is Brad Hitchings on these rankings?

Thanks. I knew I was leaving someone out. I like having another team. I think region 8 has like 15 teams. The more competition in the region the better, I think.
