Isn't there a rule now that you can only lose 2 lbs per week and they are actually enforcing it now? My body fat was 7.2% at 21.3 when I did it (said I could only go down as far as 117 lbs)

I think it'll be a good match...hoping that Elliott Martin takes it though.

Lower weights cody? More like the middle weights for meade county, we had inconsitant wrestlers in the 135-152 area, they were never the same after about 2 weeks. Lower weight, 112, 119, and brandon when he came out were solid as well as ethan.

I agree with that statement.

They could wrestle with another team just not for team points like hardknox08 said but from my experience they aren't allowed to wrestle at regonals or state...kinda stinks...

Just wondering if anybody knew any good wrestling songs or songs that get you pumped up before a match.

I heard from some people that he had to cut weight to make 103 but not much and that he was moving up in weight cause he's thinking 'bout college and what not. The weight difference from 103 to 125 and that's another reason for the move up in weight.

Trinity and North Hardin. Both teams I think will do really well at state this year.

Plain simple we'll be competitive at regionals but everyone knows at state we'll be cheering eachother on. I mean if yea didn't that'd be kinda messed up cuz we gotta represent and show everyone else that Region 3 ain't no pushover!! {yes I know ain't no is a double negitive but I meant to write it that way }

I'd like to see this changed as well. I've seen some wrestlers end up losing their first match but make it to were they could wrestle for 5th or 3erd but end up having to forfeit because of the 5 matches a day. I think 7 matches a day would be better, at least for those saturday tournnaments.

I have to disagree with my fellow teamate and Dragon Master. I think we won't place top three but we do have a chance, however small or large it may be, to place top in the top five. I aggree with Dragon Master that in duels we do fairly well, though only because we have a full team, were as most teams we face don't have a full line up. This is one reason why we've done as good as we have. Though in an individual tourny, like that of regionals and state, I personally think about half of Meade Co wrestlers won't place, another 4/5 will place and the other 2 would have been something like one more win and they would have placed but will end up losing their last match and taking 6th.

I like knowing that when you win you won on fair terms and when you lose you lose on fair terms. The other dude has no upper hand on you and the same thing for you. It's either he's better than you or your better than him, nothing else. That's what makes the win all the more better I think knowing that you won, not because you were bigger, not because your 'team' had better plays but because plain and simple you were better than the other wrestler.

I think Elliot Martin is the best 103 lber for KY this year. Going to be an awsome wrestler his senior year.

I agree that Terrance Demery, the 112 from NH, will cause some upsets in the current state rankings. He's definately going to be awsome when his senior year comes around.

Plain and simple hands down Coach Cullins from Fort Knox I think. He gets wrestlers for max 3 years *most of 'em two years* and look what he does with 'em. Look at their team, only 4 guys who have past year experience under their belt (one his 2end year, 2 their 3erd year, and another one who wrestled before moving to KY not sure what year).

A lot of the schools are unknowns (haven't seen 'em and some haven't even heard of) so it'll be interesting.
