That TC kid is the only one I've heard of throwing Houchens and if either of them are not in shape he will run them into the ground.

It's huge. Almost half the state. But doesn't have more teams than any other region. Just aren't many schools with MS programs.

Please do. We need more. We complain about them all the time but there is a shortage and we're lucky to have the ones we have. It pays decent also.

It's a great format for early season tournaments when it is important to get kids a lot of matches. You do have some weight class pools that have several top wrestlers in the same pool which really is unfortunate for a late season tournament.

It is very important. The team standings at the end of traditional state and team state is always different. Being able to train a few outstanding atheletes is vastly different from putting together a complete quality team. A side not: Union has put together an amazing dual team and tournament team. It's hard to do both.

This is right on the money. The total number of spectators will be less. It will be a lot of people in one space yes but the total will be less.

Well they haven't let North Oldham know. They are hosting their region tomorrow.

I don't think this is going to happen. Sounds like a rumor or someones wishful thinking. No one knows about it. The host of one of those regions has posted he hasn't heard about it. Come on. Give us a break. Some not so bright people are going to show up there.

What were the team scores.

I would have to go with Ray or Newberry. You can't compare the lower and upper weights. It is different doing well in a weight class that is almost all seniors as apposed to one filled with underclassmen.

I would have thought Courtney would have gotten MOW. He was the most impressive wrestlers there. Others that I would have put up for it would have been the 140 champ. Outstanding wrestler that only had two points scored on him. Also Houchens, pinned through the tournament and noone came close to him.

I heard a kid from EastOldham beat Hitchings. The East kid broke his hand during the match. What a shame :cry:
