Actually won't meet until finals if they both win semi's. Cowan, being a 4 seed would meet the 1 seed in semi's while Lee being a 2 seed would meet the 3 seed if seeding holds.

East Carter had a team for 5-10 years and had 1 state runner-up. The coach was an ROTC teacher and I think when he retired, so did their program.

I think the Expo Center in Pikeville or possibly something in McCracken County would be great. Let the central part of the state travel a little bit and they will see why teams like Union County, Johnson Central, Campbell County, Ryle, and Wayne County wrestle so many matches out of state.

WSAZ did cancel their tournament for the 1st time ever.

District 8, Region 4, postponed to Saturday Jan. 30th.

Good call, looking like E. Ky. is going to get hammered. Latest forecast for Johnson County is 8-12 inches. The winter storm prediction starts 7:00 am Friday and doesn't end until 7:00 pm Saturday.

I'm looking forward to watching all the matches, most have not seen their opponent wrestle this year. I am talking about region 4.

What is the date and location for State duals?

Only about 340 miles 1 way for Johnson County, I would decline too.

Looks like Holmes is getting quite a few kids out in middle school. Hopefully will increase numbers at high school in the future.

I have nor seen any results for districts 2,5, and 6. Are they posted anywhere?
