Numerous off season tournaments have 18 + brackets i was wondering about some of the larger tournaments for me to attend to test my ability on the mat. Do you all know of any good tournaments for my age group that would give me a run for my own money lol

haha that one guy said Carrs are the best coaches by far. how ridiculous. Then how come they have went down hill since parks retired? Just saying if they were such "great" coaches they'd be in the top 5 every year because they'd be breeding champs not given them like other schools like trinity, and ryle. If your 18 how do you know if your going to be in the 15-18 age group or 18+?

i personally don't bench at all.. every one of my lifts are on arms stomach back and legs and also neck i start from 8 on the first then 7 then 6 all the way down to 1 each time basically when your done you can't lift your arms and you wobble around

Kevin is the man.. he is already pretty strong has amazing grip and is determined.. rarely intimidated also

poor calls.. not giving takedowns.. not giving petersons.. calling stalling when its not.. not calling stalling i talked to everyone about this ref.. they agreed.

I talk to the refs.. i've seen people argue.. some refs are fine with it and actually talk to you about it.. some refs go crazy and blow things out of proportion... i was there i know what was said. it was blown out of proportion by a ref that should have not been there.
