Come on guys, Gary Canter has LaRue County competing with schools more than double his size. It is a "down year" & he is 1 match from beating John Hardin with the best talent they've ever had. Some schools get transfers & move-in, Canter gets 4 8th graders. He should be not only region 2 Coach of the Year but State wide.... This is not a award about who happens to have the most talent in a given year, It's who gets the most out of what they have.

OK, It's Christmas morning. You are now a freshman. The catch is you can no longer wrestle for your team/school. What school do you go to? And why pick that school? Remember you have to stay there for 4 years.

Why not give bonus points for wins.

Any news on last nights JV region. Who won? Anybody stand out? What's the future look like?

At 140 everybody look out for Vince Couch from LaRue.

Larue has 3 kids undefeated in Cox, Ray & Newberry. Also the Rock kid with only 1 lose. They completly dominated at State Duals The other 185's were avioding LaRue's kid(Newberry) & then the one that did wrestle him got a broken leg in 5 seconds.

Is there any truth the state duals will be renamed "The LaRue County Invite". Ha. LaRue dominated.The only lost 4 or 5 total matches all day.

What about the Newberry kid at 185. He pins everybody in seconds.

OK lets throw this out. Who so far is the most impressive middle school wrestler so far. Any weight class. I would assume he would need to be undefeated in KY at least.
