Southerns practice lasts almost two and a half hours actually. I don't know where you got that from. Trust me, its no rookie practice, and yes its intense. Coach Latsha is short tempered and if one person isnt working hard, the rest of the team pays for it.

Joe was PUKING his stomach out at nationals and still wrestled. I guess that double leg worked well for him, he had a Gold medal around his neck at state.

But sure, if you're face is bright red and youre cheeks and mouth are making fart noises, the ref would probly stop the match IF it was bad enough.[/glow]

If he didnt wrestle at westpoint it would be a waste. They have a good program from what colonel latsha tells us. He used to coach there.
