Its their not there. You've been warned.
-
Yep, thats him. Chuck warren was made of bricks and morter.
-
Michael Jackson when he was 112 and 119 was oure DIESEL. Benched over 265 and weighed 112!!! Also Central Hardin had a 112 pounder in 98 that was a weightlifting champ. Forgot his name, though.

I just want to see a match between them where Logsdon doesn't put himself on his back. He's a wreckless wrestler, always has been. Against inferior opponents it works, in fact, he destroys them. But against top shelf talent he needs to wrestle more reserved and be equal parts defensive and offensive, instead of just going balls-out crazy until Zarth catches him (which will inevitably happen b/c Zarth doesn't let mistakes slip by him, he makes you pay).

Kentuckywrestling.com HS Rankings 2008/2009 - JAN 14

Lenz has a good shot at winning 112. I'd say he'd be battling for 5th or 7th at 119. -
"I guess I'm late to this, but how is Zarth not ranked 1? Has Osborne beaten him?" yeah, in OT I think. "I could see them haven a close match maybe if they only wrestled once before , But Zarth owned him twice" I fail to see your logic. Since they've met before and Zarth won that means Logsdon has even a less chance of keeping it close? I'd say its the exact opposite. The more times they meet, the more likely it is for Zarth to either slip up or for Logsdon to wrestle up to his level and keep it close. Keep in mind all I said was "close match," not win.

I think Travis K wins region 7. -
Before the season is over (this weekend, regions or state) Zarth and Logsdon will have a close match. I think they're closer in talent than the previous two matches have indicated. I could be wrong, but that's just my prediction. Osbourne and Logsdon wrestled over the summer (which is not a good indicator of what could happen in Feb.) and I think Osbourne won by 2 or 3.
-
Woodford won't finish lower than third.
-
Where did TC place? This was mostly a region 7 tourney and they weren't top 4. That's suprising.
-
So Lenz is still at 119 for SoOldham tourney? That makes this bracket even more stout. This is like a warmup for the state tourney.
-
I guess Osbourne gets #1 seed, Zarth 2, Logsdon 3, Cooper 4. Those semis are going to be real tough. Zarth wins, Logsdon gets 3rd.

Help me with an Article for WrestlingUSA- Best teams in last decade
KYgrappler replied to NOHS_wrestling's topic in 2009 Season
I'd wait before throwin TC into the discussion. Finishing 2nd in the region is hardly worthy of mention...yet. Let's see how they finish at state duals or the state tourney before mentioning them in the same breath with Union, Larue, Trinity etc. -

Now you're whining about my post. Just drop it, or laugh it off since you think its "quite hilarious."

Will Union County repeat as state champs?
KYgrappler replied to wrestlingtime's topic in 2009 Season
Usually 9 placers is that golden # that means a state title. Not always, but I know thats what we shot for when I was wrestling. Champs are awesome, but placing guys #3-#6 is what gets you those team points. Woodford will be within striking distance on Saturday morning. Not saying they'll win, but its a possibility. -
I think old140 just wants someone to listen to him whine. Just ignore criticisms on a message board, especially when it comes to food. Its not worth the time or the energy to even respond.
-
Plus Logsdon beat Lenz at region duals and he's been pinned by Zarth twice already (although I still think Zarth and Logsdon will have a close match before this yrs over).

Parks was genuinely concerned for his wrestler's safety that night. The gym walls were sweating aggression.

Yeah, if I have to start browsing over threads where kids are arguing between a 58th and 59th ranking I'll probably never visit this site again :-) -

I've heard this story so many times from various sources. Woodford was in hostile territory that night, no doubt.

Hope Mister Cobble rehabs and gets back to full strength. I'm looking forward to watchin him swallow up O-linemen in the SEC for the next four yrs. -
I see your point, wildeyes. Those aren't exactly equal pools. But I still think TC would've been 2nd. They beat Franklin, who beat Henry Clay. Maybe Harrison Co. could've had a shot at them, but I still think Creek would win that one closely.

How would the results have differed, in your opinion?
