If ranking are so pointless then why r u wasting you time reading them and posting on this site. This site is set up to discuss wrestling not to point out how others should be using their time.

I think you have done a great job on these ranking and am impressed this would be nice if it was up date weekly or biweekly. kudos.

I have to agree with this statment Walls is definatley the best wrestler in this weight class. You have Fyffe who placed 5th last year(two of the wins were injury defaults) ranked 1st. If fyffe and walls meet walls will be on top. Their are several kids ranked in the top 3 at 145 and 152 that could win 160.

103-was union jv over fern creek 112-was luna 119-not sure 125-scott 130-malcolm jackson over marcus colman close match 135-not sure 140-Mines over stewart 145-not sure 152-Wolfseir over Traylor 160-Walls over south oldham 171-Rupp and houchens not sure winner 189-? 215-Shearer HWt-?

If 145 stays the way it is i beleive the champ will either be aylor or banks, maybe wilson. Ervin and courtney both have a decent shot but i see it decided among Banks and aylor.

Ill be more clarical i meant to say that i think Pat Banks could have beat Howard, I think a healthy Matt Mines could have,I think Smith could have, and I think Weston would have beat him if they met. So im saying we was probally the fifth or sixth best kid in the weight class. Im not taking anything from him he did beat everyone who stepped on the mat and congrats for that but i dont see a repeat in his future if he has the same level of competition.

i dont know of any kids at 140 that have placed or done really good in the past year. So i would say Matt has prolly got this tourny.

how would you stack the kid from ryle up against wolfsier or cooper, also 140 i would say murton and matt mines on the top.

I beleive 145 looks to be stacked, and on the other end 160 looks to be the weakest. I can really only think of two good wrestlers at 160 and about 10 at 145. But if you saying the hardest class to place 1st then it would have to be 140 with murton or 215 with shearer. I agree 130 seems to have 2 or 3 really good wrestler like most of the other weight classes.

I heard somewhere that adam carr's little brother is union jv 103( suppose to be pretty good), caldwells got a decent 3 pounder and im sure fern creek, eastern, and south oldham will have good 3 pounders.

so who is the front runners in 145, 152, and 160 as of now list top five if your able.

Howard was state runner up but the opposite side of the bracket was stacked. Their were better wrestlers who placed lower. Howard wasnt second best at that weight last year.

its going to be all of region 1 with the exception of unions varsity, this includes ohio, calloway, caldwell, paducah,christian, hoptown,ft. campbell, henderson, uha,davies,apollo, and unions jv, also coming is fern creek, south oldham and eastern. boonville dropped out this year. But it looks to be a very good tournament with alot of highly ranked wrestlers meeting, a few defending state champs and alot of placers are going to be mixing it up.

are you saying that union is sending varsity to one tournament and jv to the other or are these tournaments on seperate dates. Is union varsity coming to caldwell, and south odhams varstity will be there.
