I got to say i do think Ruschell was on the wrong side of a bad call. I watched it and thought he had the takedown at the end which along with his riding time point would have given him the win.But like was said he didnt get beat by a scrub . I think the PS kid is ranked 5th.

If a kid is good enough to wrestlwe on the H.S. level and he wins the spot let him go.

I agree with you , one or the other . Middle School is just to get you ready for the high school level. If youre already on the H.S, level why do both?

If the kid wins the wrestle off why should it matter if hes in middle or high school?If mom and dad step in then just let them know hey if he wins the wrestle off the spot is his . I do agree to a certain extent if the kid is good enough to wrestle varsity for the high school and do well, why have him wrestle middle school and take the chance to get hurt? That never made sense to me.

I was not a fan of that way either.It worked out fine for State Duals seeding but not for regional seeds.

Kind of reminds you how trivial wrestling and sports in general is when it comes to the ones you love. I agree with you Richard never let a chance pass without telling your kids how much you love them. We will pray for the family and offer our sincerest condolences.
