I have heard lots of complaints about the current site, the Horse Park. Where are some other facilities that could realistically be used for the State Tournament?

I saw video of ATM in the off season maybe 2 summers ago against a monster from Indiana, had never seen ATM before just heard of him and ATM wrestled like a champ barely beat him in a great match made me a believer, he looks like he's grown a lot since then come into his own physically, good luck over the summer

The best wrestler ever in KY probably has the last name Carr, but which of the Carr's would it be? That may be the next post the best Carr to come out of KY?

I havent been around that long but of those I got to see, I would have to say Jacob Murton. His speed and techinque was unmatched in the state at the time, not sure I have seen anyone since match it either. He had a pretty good workout partner in brother Jairus, very dominating wrestler as well. Another very dominant wrestler was Taylor Scherer from South Oldham, not sure how he matches up with the best of all time but he was a beast in the state in his time. His match with Coffey (sp) from TN was epic. Havent heard anyone mention Richard Starks and he was 3Xer, I think. He went on to a good college career at Army, awesome wrestler!

My observation for the finals is for the facility to invest in a mat light for the finals. It would create a great feeling for the finals. I would think a facility that host such prestigious horse shows would already have lighting in place. Looked like a great tournament!

Havent seen much on State Duals, did I miss it are they yet to happen or were they cancelled?

I think Ranger does a great job. Rankings reardless who does them are never going to please every one all the time. Ranger's Rankings have been the best I have seen for the state and I'm guessing most fans truly appreciate his effort and dedication. I think we have been lucky he has done it this long. Doesn't sound like hes getting rich doing it. Maybe its time to find some sponsors for his rankings to help offset his time and trouble.

Higher Learning options in the state for wrestlers have doubled in the past 5 years, congrats and good luck! Kentucky Wrestling continues to grow, with club teams at UK and UL its positioned to grow even more. Does anyone know anything about WKU and club? My nephew was at WKU a few years ago and he was wrestling with a club but not sure they were really approved or endorsed by the university. What about NKU, MSU, Bellarmine, Centre, Transy, to name just a few, lots of schools to expand still.

D1 Championships in Louisville at the YUM would be great, maybe that could get UofL moving toward forming a team. I'm sure some would question why Louisville, but why not Louisville, great faciity, great city for hosting conventionsn and athetic events.

I think they look great, really like the Wax Drippings and the Slugger style logo, really a great design. I think they would be a hot commodity for the kids to trade. Who designed the KY Singlets? I think they should be commended on a great job! Maybe the Colonel can be next year, would you have to include Taco Bell, A&W and the rest of the Yum Brands, I hope not.

Congrats to all from KY! TOFC is one of the most unique tournaments, huge turnout, wresters from coast to coast and if you make it far enough to medal the matches come fast and furious. KY is getting better and deeper every year!

Any video of matches from this duals? Would really like to see Austins matches against the IL and IN kids.
