In my opinion the choke was much worse than the cross-faces. If you can't handle what happens after you do something dirty, then don't do it.

There are so many personal reasons behind all of this, it's unreal. I've been there since the very beginning, so trust me, I know. It would have been unreal to see what the line up could've been like... Stuff happens though and there isn't anything you can do about the decision people make.

Other than team line-up I couldn't imagine why Choate would go up to 171. I really didn't think he was that big of a 152.. And if Hitchings can ride Reid for some time, and hold all of the other 171 pounders down I don't see why he wouldn't hold him down..

He actually has some of what it takes to become a college wrestler. Considering he's very hard to score on and can keep just about any match he's in somewhat close, it can always go either way. I think Choate is a good wrestler and will do some damage next year at whatever weight he decides to go.

I honestly can't stand when people say, "it's going to look terribly when you're all old and wrinkly!" To be completely honest with you, by the time I'm like.. 70 or however old I am when I get wrinkly there will be 3 things you should think about: 1. No one will be looking at me anyway, I'm old as dirt. 2. Your skin is ugly regardless at that age, what's some ink? 3. Who knows if I'm going to live to be old enough to be wrinkly? I could still be madly in love with my tattoos when I die. You can't really say if they are right or wrong. Just accept them, they are apart of our culture and will be for a long time. If you don't like them, don't look.

John isn't running from Ervin or anything like that, just circumstances haven't worked out. Also, the Wolsiefer/Wheeler match wouldn't have been half as close as it was if it wasn't for the ref, seriously. If you didn't watch the match and you just think the ref was good, think again, he was horrible for that match.

For one, college wrestlers don't have to wear a "bonnet" at all. Two, just because someone has long hair doesn't mean they believe it's "glamorous" or "beautiful" it just means that's the way they like their hair. I know I have long hair, but I don't believe it's glamorous or I should "stick to cosmetology" that's just the most ridiculous statement I've seen on this site in a while. Good going.

Yeah, but I think I've seen Wex's hair thing come off max like.. twice during a match? MUCH less time consuming than doing the headgear thing. I don't see where everyone gets off saying that it's an advantage to be completely honest.

What if it's not their fault and it just comes off, as headgear does also? I mean, it's really not that big of a deal. It's just like headgear, if you have a problem with the hair things, then get rid of headgear as well since they seem to stop matches so much.
