GET READY FOR THE KENTUCKY STATE Greco/Freestyle and Sambo State Finals!

This Wednesday we will have "Sambo Joe" Neeley at practice from Cincinnati to show us Russia's "folkstyle" - their form of wrestling! 

All are welcome to attend and possibly pick up some things that practicing ALL FORMS OF WRESTLING teach us:
