ihawk 0 Report post Posted January 17, 2008 I'm looking forward to another action packed dual/duel meet and am sure another two matches will happen at the same time forcing a tough choice for the fans. Last year Larue went against Seneca while Trinity wrestled on the other side (against ?Union) splitting two great matches. I doubt Union will fall but think Wayne and Ryle have the best chance if everyone is healthy. LaRue won last year with some sickly looking young men so it will come down to excellent coaching and determined wrestlers, without a doubt. Who else could be in the top four? My heart will be with Larue and I'm hoping they will be healthy and ready to rumble but don't see the depth needed to make it an unprecedented third win in a row. Here is my guess:Head:1) Union2) Wayne3) Ryle4) TrinityHeart:1) Larue2) Ryle3) Wayne4) UnionGood health and a little luck to all!

The oldham Co teams are always tough. I got hooked on them back when WC was in their region. They've only gotten better, and then North came around and started the same good quality wrestling. South, North, OC, always quality teams.
ihawk 0 Report post Posted January 18, 2008 I've seen how keeping away from the pin can change the whole attitude of the team in the dual tournament format. Any ideas which one of the wrestlers at the Duals will be the toughest to pin?
ihawk 0 Report post Posted January 24, 2008 I see this thread is pretty much dead but I had one more question about the potential refs. Would this be the same staff that worked the Dragon Invitational? I saw a post about how good they were with penalty points and stalling calls and hoped that would be the case this weekend since last year it seemed stalling was a popular tactic.
