Bylaw 2.  Administration and legislation

The governing body of the KSYWA shall consist of the following:

A. Officers - president, vice president, secretary, and treasurer.

B. Regional Representatives - 1 per region.

C. Member representatives.  (each team will have 1 designated member representative).
