Starting March 20th 

Sundays from 4 - 6 pm ROC wrestling club will hold freestyle & Greco training

ROC wrestling club 

Training will be provided by the Trinity coaching staff along with other guest clinicians. 

This is completely free for grades 6 - 12th MUST have a current USA card.

We will not be having training this weekend, April 24th, or May 29th. We will be at the KY national team clinic at Bellarmine. We will be back at Trinity the following Sunday, all are welcome must have USA card.
