Trojan Wars Summer Duals

Friday June 30^th & Saturday July 1^st, 2017

 

Eligibility:          Accepting teams consisting of incoming 8th through 12^th grade wrestlers. NO GRADUATED SENIORS.

 

Teams:               12 teams on 6 mats (CURRENTLY HAVE 9 OF 12 TEAMS FILLED.....CONTACT SOON IF INTERESTED!!!)

 

Rosters:             Limited to 20 wrestlers per team (Each team should provide a table worker for score keeping)

 

Cost:                   $ 275 (deposit of $125 due by June 1^st)

Weigh-ins:        Thursday June 29^th (6:00 pm – 7:00 pm) EST

                            Or

                            Friday June 30^th (8:30 am – 9:15 am) EST

                            (Weigh-ins both days will be at the high school)

 

                            Duals begin at 10:00 am (6/30) & 9:00 am (7/1) EST (Both gyms are air conditioned)

 

Duals Format:  Round Robin Format. Your team is guaranteed to wrestle 5 matches each day. The team with the best overall record will receive a team trophy. (Tiebreakers: (1) overall record, (2) head to head, (3) Most team points.

·      Matches will be 2-2-2

·      IHSAA Officials will be used

·      Weight Classes: Weight classes +5 lbs. (100, 106, 113, 120, 126, 132, 138, 145, 152, 160,170, 182, 195, 220, 285)

·      College out of bounds rules will apply

·      Concessions will be available / coolers will be allowed
