1st Hour
Intensive Movement to:

Increase Strength
Increase Flexibility

2nd Hour - Time Clock running
30 sec goes - Just takedowns
15 sec Top and Bottom Goes
30 sec - Takedown and Ride
Situation Wrestling - 30 sec and 1 Min Goes
