This Saturday, Feb. 28th…Live Wrestling @ Spatola Wrestling for all KY HS Wrestlers

WHEN: Saturday February 28th

 

TIME: 9-11:30AM

 

Cost: $20 per wrestler

 

Description: This will be similar to a "scrimmage" style practice. We will all warm up together then divide into groups (lightweights, middle weights, and heavyweights) and then wrestle matches! I'm thinking each wrestler will get in at least 3 matches. I will also teach technique and share tips on how to be ready for State.
