Back of School) WHEN: Tuesday, November 4th (Election Day) SCHEDULE: Check In- 8 - 8:30 am Practice #1 8:30 am-11 am 1hr Break Practice #2 12:00 pm - 1:45 pm 45min Break Practice #3 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm Pick up- 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm *Must pack your own food and beverages COST: $20.00 WHAT TO EXPECT: We will cover all phases of wrestling (neutral, top, bottom, defense). Practices will consist of warm ups, drilling, technique, live wrestling, and conditioning. In addition we will teach strategies of mental toughness, match preparation, dieting, conditioning, and more.
