2013 USAW ASICS Kids Freestyle and Greco Nationals

USA Wrestling’s ASICS Kids Freestyle & Greco-Roman Nationals is the final event on the year. Last year the event featured 1,200 wrestlers from 36 states. This event features the 2nd and 3rd legs of USA Wrestling’s Triple Crown (folkstyle, freestyle, and Greco national championships). Here are the event details for this year:

2013 USAW ASICS Kids Freestyle & Greco-Roman Nationals
Where: UCCU Center in Orem, Utah
When: June 24-26, 2013
Who: Bantam (festival only) - (2005-2006)
Intermediate - (2003-2004)
Novice - (2001-2002)
Schoolboy - (1999-2000)

Awards for the top eight (8) place winners in Intermediate, Novice, and Schoolboy weight classes, along with double points in the Future Olympian Rankings. Medals for the top six (6) Bantam place winners.

All wrestlers must have an active USA Wrestling Athlete membership. A wrestler, to be eligible to participate in the 2013 USA Wrestling Kids Greco-Roman and Freestyle National Championships, MUST HAVE PARTICIPATED IN AT LEAST ONE STYLE (freestyle or Greco-Roman, folkstyle at the regional does not count as qualification) at their designated 2013 USA Wrestling Kids Regional Championship tournament - NO EXCEPTIONS.
