Moore Traditional School 6415 Outer Loop Louisville, KY 40228 Format: Double Elimination brackets for each weight-class. Size of each bracket will be determined by the number of wrestlers entered per weight-class. Bout Length: 1-1-1(Bantam-Novice), 1:30-1:30-1:30 (Schoolboys-University), Overtime 1 minute (Sudden Victory), 30 second (Tie Breaker) Awards: Medals will be given to the Top 3 Placers in each weight class. Registration: Wrestlers may register online at www.mtswrestling.com/hpswt and receive the reduced entry fee of $15. Registering at a remote weigh-in site will also get you the $15 entry fee. Registration cost $20 if you register the morning of the tournament. Registration forms can be downloaded at the above link. Weigh-Ins: On Site Weigh-In: Friday June 7th 6:00-7:00 p.m. @ Moore Traditional School wrestling room. Door 13 around back side of the building near dumpsters. THERE WILL BE NO WEIGH-INS ON SATURDAY MORNING. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! We are STRONGLY ENCOURAGING clubs & coaches to host remote weigh-ins sites for the tournament. If you plan on hosting a site, please contact Mike Thomas by May 31st. Wrestlers who weigh-in at a remote weigh-in site will receive a discounted rate of $15. Remote weigh-in sites will be posted on Kentuckywrestling.com as soon as they become available. Entry Fee: $15 for Pre-Registration as mentioned above. $15 if you remote weigh-in. $20 for registration morning of the tournament. Cash or money order (made payable to MTS Wrestling) will be accepted, NO PERSONAL CHECKS THERE WILL BE NO WEIGH-INS ON SATURDAY MORNING. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!! You must either weigh-in at a remote weigh-in or at the Friday on-site weigh-in. On-site weigh-in is $20. *ALL WRESTLERS MUST HAVE A USA WRESTLING CARD IN ORDER TO PARTICPATE. USA Wrestling cards will be sold on site for $25 the morning of the tournament. Wrestlers who purchased League Cards for the 2012-2013 Kentucky Elementary & Middle School season will also be able to upgrade their cards the morning of tournament. Cards can also be purchased online at www.themat.com for $30.00. * All wrestlers must check in, present their current USA Wrestling Card, and pay their entry fee upon arriving to the tournament. OUT OF STATE WRESTLERS ARE WELCOME Admission: $2 for Children, $5 Adults, and $10 per Family ($5.00 Cooler Fee) * A concession stand will be available throughout the day for wrestlers & spectators. WRESTLING WILL BEGIN AT: - 10:00 A.M. FOR PEE-WEE-NOVICE, - 12:00 P.M. FOR SCHOOLBOYS, - 1:30 P.M.
