J.W. 21 Report post Posted November 20, 2012 Criteria as I know it is that every kid must weigh-in, register, and wrestle in one of the predefined regional tournaments. This is to ensure that there is an official weigh-in prior to the state tournament. Would contact a regional representative to find out how they handle their satellite weigh-ins for the regional, it is not just a home team coach for these events.
