    2023 Shamrock Slam hosted by Bellarmine University @ Knights Hall, Knights Way, Louisville KY, 40205

    Teams: Great Crossings, Fairdale, Oldham County, Paducah Tilghman, Louisville Trinity, Union County 

    Weigh-ins: 9 am

    Wrestling is to start at 10 am

    Round 1: 10-11:30 am

    Round 2: 11:30 - 1 pm

    Round 3: 1 - 2:30 pm

    Round 4: 2:30 - 4 pm

    Round 5: 4 - 5:30 pm

    6:30 pm - Bellarmine vs. Queens

    Great day of wrestling for the state! Let's pack Knights Hall!!

    Information for the free tickets

    Join Bellarmine Wrestling on January 21st at a projected start of 6:30 pm following the 6-way High School Duals, as we take on Queens University in our first home Socon Dual of the year!!

    All Youth and Highschool Wrestlers can receive complimentary entry with their wrestling teams.

    Simply email your name, grade, and age to Beth Bowers at ebowers01@bellarmine.edu.  Due to compliance, all high schoolers must have a school ID.

    We are trying to pack Knights Hall and would love your help. 

    Can't wait to see you cheer on your Bellarmine Knights!!

    How is no one talking about this? 

    Absolutely amazing job being done by team KY at the Fargo dome! Quite of few in the round of 32 and quarter's! Not to mention the biggest upset of the tourney! Keep after it team KY!

    Starting March 19th 

    Sundays from 4 - 6 pm ROC wrestling club will hold freestyle & Greco training

    ROC wrestling club 

    Training will be provided by the Trinity coaching staff along with other guest clinicians. 

    This is completely free for grades 6 - 12th MUST have a current USA card.

    The wrestling room is located upstairs of the Marshall center behind the stadium.

    I think if we had someone posting all our head coaching openings onto internet and other state forum boards we as a state would have a wider range of candidates to fill other than the small pool of coaches we have in KY. Just a thought, I think its awesome Hart is starting a program btw. 

     

    I do not believe you need high credentials to post or at least you didn't have too.
