Another topic could be to look back at old middle school brackets and see how those kids back then now preform at the high school level.

Andreoni didn’t get ejected, coaches sat him out
-
Region 4 didn’t do an MOW
-
Just look at region results and match them together

Brackets are built and saved on track. Not released to the public yet.

The letters usually come out tonight or the next morning, then the bracket comes out Monday.

I know region 4 has their seeding meeting Thursday night.

Hedges moved back up to 120

My take on this situation is that there is a precedent set that the large school and small champs always wrestle each other. However, its not a requirement. I understand the backlash JC receives for the decision they made, but should they deserve it, imo no. They made a choice to not wrestle which is not a requirement, but maybe it will come back to bite them at the big show. As a coach, you want to seek out the best competition, look where your guys made mistakes, and fix them. That’s how you get better. If JC doesn’t want to take advantage of that opportunity, fine, but there is a chance that it will hurt them in the long run.

Suprised no one has mentioned coach Knable yet. Though not the head coach at X, he is a young guy who has built up great wrestlers like the lampes and runs Invicta to help Louisville and Southern Indiana wrestling. Great motivated guy and inspiration and role model to the kids, any age.

Looks like another year to say why the state tournament needs seeding to happen.
-
Hey, at least they are better than the medals the kids get already. Those things are more like bus tokens than medals.

Takes some manhood to do that. The kid will take any match, any weight, any time. -
Suprised no one has said this yet, but congrats to Oldham County upsetting 1 seed Johnson Central in the pools. Came down to the very last match.

Union 18- St. X 4 going into 138

I just think that St. X should have a higher seed. They are such a stronger dual team than the 4 seed. JC vs X will decide the winner, bottom line.
