According to trackwrestling, Dearmond wrestled Dalton Kilpatrick and not Trace Jenkins...unless I missed something

Good job with the rankings. Don't know if it was an oversight or intentional but you omitted Jack Hanes from Calloway. 2X Returning state qualifier. Wrestled at 152 this past weekend. Definitely a top 4 in that weight class.

Anticipating the first set of R1 rankings

Shouldn't there be/Isn't there a method for those in that .2 to .5 category to challenge the BMI/OPC results? At .2 from being able to go down, the margin of error in the testing procedure would come in to play. Not wanting to thread jack...just asking what steps there are out there.

112 total places up for grabs (14 weight classes * 8 placers) 26 (R1 placers from your above post) /112 = R1 taking 23% of the total available places. Someone would have to do the history to figure out the highest percentage that R1 has placed. However, 23% is pretty good statistically considering 100% / 8 regions (if everything is equal) would be 12.5%.

This is good news to me...much less in-depth scouting of a team. Line up and wrestle, may the best team win!
-
So when will the seeding be completed and the pools made public?
-
Hoptown was a good tourney and outside of a few teams not being there provided a glimpse of how competitive the region tournament will be this year. Looking forward to the next set of rankings!
-
From what I From what I've seen and put together in research on trackwrestling, the 138 weight class at the Tiger Invite is off the charts. That'll be the weight class I want to watch for the best wrestling...if everyone shows up

Union and Calloway qualified from small school section 1. Both teams will attend the state duals tourney.

Don't think he's wrestling this year

Bellah had a win over Turner from Trigg Walls had a win over Rider from Ft. Campbell

Wasn't he at PT last year/this year? I saw him at the Tilghman tourney. He had a good match with Hedrick. Also noticed the Tilghman coaches were coaching him from a distance. What's the deal with that?
-
Maybe...just maybe, the rankings are dead on and no one has any room to complain??? Where is Sells from Christian? I haven't seen results for him yet but haven't heard anything about him not wrestling. I would imagine he would figure in these rankings somewhere.

Fox Baldwin from FL should be quite interesting in this class too...Almost worth the drive to go watch -
At 138 Calloways Frank beat Ohio's Bunch 2-3 times this past season. At 285 Calloways Andrew Lee seems to be missing...returning state qualifier???

Haven't got to scour the brackets yet but I always like watching the opening round to see if a 4 beats a 1. You guys see any out there?
