    At East Oldham Middle School

     

    Are you ready to put yourself to the test? The Golden Cross System will cover all aspects of wrestling that will help you step up to the next level. This camp will set a foundation of the basics of wrestling and then build to the most advanced techniques and drills that will challenge every wrestler. These techniques coupled with the intense drilling and live wrestling will get you ready to compete at the highest level possible. Take advantage of this opportunity to attend a quality camp close to home. You will have the opportunity to train with quality partners throughout your geographic area. The Golden Cross Staff will insure personal attention and quality technique throughout the camp. Be prepared for intense drilling and live wrestling during every session. Please contact us if you need further details. **Cost includes instruction, live wrestling, down time activities/supervision. Campers provide their own meals.

     

    Camp Date : June 20-21    (5-12grade)   *Must have 2 years experience! **Must have USA Wrestling Card

     

    Sessions: check-in 9:15a

    Friday 20th       10:00a-12:30p       2:00-4:00p

    Saturday 21st   10:00a-12:30p       2:00-4:00p

    *Pre-registration and walk-ins are welcome

     *Parents are welcome at any time. Feel free to watch, take notes, or film during any session.

    Grade School Intensive  July 10-12
    The youth camp is a spin-off of the Sr. High/Jr. High camp. The youth wrestlers will receive the individual attention they need to master the basic and advanced techniques that will be covered. There will be a lot of intense drilling and live wrestling that will challenge youth wrestlers of all ages and talents. If your wrestler is willing to work hard this is the camp for them. You will see immediate results!

    Big Man Camp
    There are only a couple of “Big Man” camps in the country. We know how hard it is to find quality upper weights that want to train at a high level. We have solved your problem. Come join a great upper weight staff that will show upper weight specific techniques and strategies. Taking this opportunity to train with a room full of wrestlers your own weight may be the best training opportunity you have all summer!

    By the way, all you can eat and drink meals will be provided!

    ~If you have not yet signed up with the Academy you are still welcome to.

    Camp numbers are good, just trying to find a few good partners

     

    Any heavy weights out there that want to come to camp this Saturday and Sunday? I need some partners for a good heavy. Will make you a good deal!

    Also need a few little guys! 6-8yrs old 40-60lb. Will make you a good deal! (always try to take care of my club members and get them good partners)

    Even if you can only make it part of the time let me know.
    OCTOBER 19-20
