Coach Medders, the Head coach of The University of the Cumberlands will put on a clinic @ Montgomery County on Saturday May 22nd from 10:00AM - 3:00 PM. The cost of the clinic is $25 made payable to the Montgomery County Takedown Club the day of the clinic. If you have questions please contact Jerry Sutphin 859-432-2626 or sutphinjerry@yahoo.com

This clinic will be held in our practice gym. The practice gym is on the opposite side of the school from where our Arena is located.

We have a young wrestler in our program now that has Autism. I will be honest and say that I do not know much about it. I am looking for any information that may help me to be a better coach for this young man.

Coaches, Montgomery County will host HS/MS duals on December 11th and January 8th. We are looking for 5 teams for each date, The MS team will wrestle first followed by the High School team and the points will be added together. The format used will be a 6 man round robin so everyone will have 5 matches. The cost will be $100 per team HS/MS combined. The duals will take place in the MCHS Arena. If you are interested please respond to my email: sutphinjerry@yahoo.com The first 5 teams to respond will be invited. Please let me know which date(s) you are interested in. If you are a Region 4 middle school coach and you are interested in competing in the Montgomery County Central Kentucky challenge on November 20th in our Arena please contact sutphinjerry@yahoo.com If I do not get enough entries from region 4 I will open it up to other teams around the state.
