a lot of people have bumped down a weight class or two the past couple of weekends.. good luck straightening that out with the results ranger. fantastic job on the rankings also!

what happened to prp's 145 weights? i thought there was stengle and then will (?). [rumor] that stengle can not wrestle 145 and will is out with injury? also i have tons of respect for prp's 171, not just because being legally blind, but he wrestled extremely well IMO.
good matches yesterday at prp and valley, cant wait to see how it unfolds at regions.

bullitt central beat prp 39-33, and beat valley 60-12 (not exactly sure on score). prp did amazingly well, i was impressed. valley was also great at a few weightclasses (135, 140, & 189), and will be descent at a few others. good luck to the rest of the year.

excuse me, that was my own opinion too, no one is being offensive or taking offense. they are rankings, they are meant to be debated anyways. but no one is starting anything, dont worry.

yeah it was never agreed upon, just a mistake on both parts. bc will be @ prp, vs prp and valley tonight. we will face fort knox at our house in january.. but varsity this time, lol. and the !! ?? is why i thought something was being argued at first, but i understand now. good luck everyone.

if you were referring to the duals thursday knight, salter, pearson, the walls boys or badgett did not wrestle, nor did any of the varsity but 3. we are a hard working team and i believe we do belong in the top 30, the the mentioned wrestlers are why we are in the top 30 and they are staying true.

i didnt mean to be offensive. i was just stating the fact that it was the jv wrestling team that went to fort knox. it is a varsity win, you are correct, but records do not mean anything. bullitt central's 152 beat fort knox's 171 in exhibition, but that will not show and it is a meaningless record just like dual records. just dont gloat or put us down when you know that fact. and the scheduling was not on our part. there was no written document showing it, and fort knox's coach only mentioned it to bullitt central's coach. have a nice day and good luck everyone.

correction to fort knox's record.. you beat bullitt central's jv-heavy team. no veterans wrestled varsity in the wednesday match.

bullitt central did good. our 130 was overweight and we couldve beat caldwell, but we didnt and we have no excuse but we lost(caldwell 43-bullitt central 39). did rosado lose to bourbon county btw? good luck to region 3, im glad all the teams who showed were wrestling almost a full team. goodluck to valley and prp tomorrow. i didnt know if the rankings just didnt show it, but does valley ahve a full team again this year. there were a few gaps, i was j/w.

bullitt central's roster is completely different than where the predictions have us. only 4 classes are correct. just letting you all know.

im not sure how the system will be set up, but my guess would be the meet will be as simple as possible. last saturday we were at western hills from 8am to 12 am.. that is not including the hour ride both ways. i would think there would be six or seven rounds, and each team will have 5 matches. no championship, no "winner", just a pure dual meet for matches and maybe a most valuable wrestler award. as far as who will be matched up against who, i will post later.

knox will be facing BULLITT central on a wednesday in january i think. i will talk to the coach about thursday though. oldham county is at BC this wednesday though, that is for sure.

sorry guys i didnt mean to upset anybody. i didnt mean to say all the other wrestlers in region 3 suck, i was just bragging about my team and i think we have come far from our first year (4th year team 06-07). anyways, half of region 3 will be at the hammerhead duals, so we'll see who gets bragging rights then. good luck.

wow. i never knew a team like doss and southern could have a "rub" for the region title (though it isn't hard), especially since half of the starting lineups did not show at region, and those that did show were owned. i guess wishful hoping doesn't hurt though.

badgett will do better with more weight. he will be a junior and has wrestled 103 for the past 3 years while growing around 4-5 inches. when a wrestler jumps up a weight class to one he should've been at in the first place, strength gain is inevitable. i still think he will manage the region 3, 112 weight class.

hmm. region 3 is always a toss up. but let the bullitt central man help you all out. i am not going to explain the changes, because i think the list shouldve started out this way. i think edwards will move up a weight class anyways. i didn't put myself on there, i dont gloat like others.

ben edwards? i wrestled him 3 times in the past couple years. once this past year. he is a great wrestler, but not top 8. he doesn't seem to like wrestling on the mat as much as takedowns though. he is superb at take downs though. his match with me was one of my best in the season despite my short comings. just remember none of this is meant to be offensive. ben does have great potential, he is a strong wrestler.
on to the other guys.. i dont think 140 can be anywhere near decided. it is probably due to all the dominant wrestlers are gone and anyone can improve greatly over the summer and take over the weight class.

omg.. do not even say stengel would be a champ over walls.. that actually just made my day a little more humurous. btw, akeem bennet (BC) will be ranked higher by season end.
here is my analysis. meade county is ranked so high because they had athletes wrestling, which is more than most wrestling programs can say when they are just looking for a warm body to fill a weight class. but i still don't think they will win the region-too young. prp will always be descent b/c the coaching staff, it is a stable program, so you can never count them out.
