:mrgreen:they're not going to be as good as boone was there first year but they should be descent.
Finishing a commanding 67th place at the Kentucky State Championships will no doubt be a challenging goal to surpass. Boone certainly took some fire power into Frankfort this year.

Ya I had a neck brace not sure for how long but it was quite awhile. The ladies loved it a school.
-
Haha I had a really bad injury my sophomore year which sidelined me for the entire season. I messed up my neck and back pretty good, ended up spending about 3 days in the hospital. And a wrestler

I know this isn't the thread but this is the primary reason why we could never have a seeded state tournament. No matter what happens people will whine and cry about injustices they feel were the reasons why they didn't win. Larue County and its coaches have my sympathy. Winning a state championship and then having it tarnished by accusations of cheating.

Is anyone else outraged to see the man, the legend, the Fuqua only recieved a third seed?
-
Only been to the Semi's but that was extremely stressful.

I was there but I left the gym a couple of minutes before Luna went into the stands. So my openion doesn't count for much cause all I have is hear say. However if it is true something like that is rather difficult to just leave in the past. Almost everyone explodes at least once in their career. But going up into the stands like that is totally outrageous. A high schooler is old enough to know right from wrong. Things happen in the heat of the moment but stuff like that is unacceptable and gives wrestling a terrible image. I truly hope Luna has matured and learned from his previous mistakes. But after something like that one can not be to surprised that he'll be held under a microscope for a significant period of time.

I'm gonna have to agree with Old 140 I don't think it'll be much of a match. A pin most likely in the first.
-
I could see Vinsant making it to the finals easily. For now I see Zeppa and Wempe but I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Vinsant or a list of other 125 lbers make the finals, its a very deep weight class. But for now Zeppa and Wempe are my picks.

Wow big guy I was just asking. And I believe all I asked was what calls I got lucky on, not one word about whopping Anthony Bailey. But hold on let me reread my last post. Yep not one word about whopping him.
-
you probably have your reasons for having morlett at third but fuller almost majored him... i think he won by like 5 or 6
Actually Morlett lost by 3 in a match that was constantly going back and forth. With a couple seconds left Trey was down by 1 and gave up a reversal with the final score being 7-4. Not even close to a major, both are very tough wrestlers that will continue to have very good matches. Trey has really stepped it up a great deal in my openion since WCI. But we shall see this Saturday.
-
Just curious on what calls I got lucky on?
-
I definitely see Bailey in the top 4 at this tournament. Looks like it could be one of the most competitive weight classes at North Hardin.

Nope Im still at heavyweight just wrestling a couple of matches at 215 to get my speed back up.
-
I hope thats a misprint at heavyweight, if they raised it to 385 I'm in some serious trouble.

Jacob Watson will be abck for the WCI for a 1200% fact and will be at full strength

Have Bailey and Embree wrestled yet? I know Larue and Fort Knox had a duel but I didn't hear whether these to faced off. I heard yesterday that Baily defeated the North Hardin heavyweight at Central.
