I'd love to know to. I could see Lancaster, I know he trains with north's MS coach all the time.
-
Matt zarth wasn't the first to do that, nor the last. it's called be professional, and showing up to work.
-
Fahy is a solid wrestler, and the kind of kid we need to take KY to the next level. I do think he cuts too much weight, or at least looks like he does. Not the best message to the rest of the state.
-
Caleb is a heckuva wrestler. I think next year whatever weight he goes, people talk about him like they did Courtney this year, or Wolsiefer in year's past.
-
Wise Old Man I have to agree. I think it is poor coaching to teach a kid to either cut till they have a shallow face (a trinity kid this year) or dodge opponants for their best chance. I think you get a kid close to the natural weight, cut very little and teach them to work their tails off and hone their technique and strength. Don't teach them to loophole their way around the mat, because this doesn't serve them in life. Tackle a problem head on, prepare your best, and work for the best outcome.

Exciting matches: Houchens vs Lewis, both times. High energy.

OC super Duals in December, and Mustang Classic (North Oldham) in Feburary. Dragon invitational in January. -
Bradbury, by major or tech. Terry would stall out once he was losing.
-
Ugliest singlets in the state: South Oldham.

Classical music. Bach. -
Jordan's camp is good. Chertow in my opinion is the best, right up there with the J Robinson 28 day camp.
-
Bad draw? Wrestle who is in front of you.
-
I always did weightlifting and martial arts. Adds well to wrestling, gets the body strong but keeps you limber.
-
Warren was always strong for his weight with decent technique. He'll probably be slow/ rusty till January if he wrestles. By regionals, he'll be pretty slick. If he ends up at 145 he'll be taken to the cleaners by most of region 5. If he ends up in Thomson's weight class, he'll probably take second, after getting spanked by Thomson. If he ends up at 135, Shirey will be the one to spank him.

I would be ashamed to wrestle with you. -
Not a chance. Thats my title.
-
Yes I do, and I am willing to wager I have been around wrestling alot longer than you. These are MY picks. Feel free to disagree but don't piss out with the 'he doesn't know much'. State is all about upsets and showing up.
-
Course with Demery out that changes things You probably do 5-8 now
-
Just dont see it in the draw.... sorry.

Never mind that it was in actualality eithe rwrestlers fault. I blame Cattan. 1. Davis hits 2-3 hard crossfaces, 2 of which looked like he loaded up. 2. Thomson had Davis tapping the mat like he was goign to pass out Cattan should have never let it go that far. He had NO CONTROL over the match, and unfortunately, he got a good kid DQed. Look at eh bracket at 140.... now davis hits shotwell early.
