Union won the finals at this dual tournament. They won their pool with victories over Evansville Harrison 77-3, North Posey 71-6, Tecumseh 76-6, Indian Creek 63-18. In the finals they wrestled Castle (ranked 4th in one poll and 12th in another in Indiana.) The big matchup was Caleb Ervin's against Castle's Doug Welch. The #1 wrestler in KY and Indiana going at it. Caleb looked impressive and won 6-1. They beat castle 42-19 over castle. I think the Raider Rumble is next week so there should be some good matchups and Union is sending the week after the raider rumble a few wrestlers to the Beast of the East instead of the Harrison Ten-Way Duals tournament. Christian Ricketson and Robert Smith will be tough. Robert Smith is giving Trae Blackwell a running for the varsity spot at 103.
