    pound for pound

sorry to kick up an old post, but i was reading through it and thought it would be interesting to see what every one thought now that season is under way. In my opinion Voth should be a lot higher!

"Which 2 teams will come out on top at Region 7 duals"

I don't know about hands down, but region 7 definitely looks tough this year, as they are every year. Woodford always has someone final worthy, this year they got the likes of Starks, Courtney, Byrd. But the other school are also looking impressive you got Carpenter-Frazier from Montgomery, Zarth and Cornett from Henry Clay as well as Dunbar whose looking real strong this year with the Voth brothers and a list of other good kids on their team.

I heard Courtney was out with a torn tendon in his knee? If thats the case is that not a season ending injury?

"Which 2 teams will come out on top at Region 7 duals"

I'm going to have to agree with Woodford and Dunbar. Dunbar looked real good at Bourbon Bash this weekend, winning it all and having 6 kids in the finals(Voth - 125, Davis - 140, Quigley - 145, Leddy - 160, Likoy - 171, Winter - 215)

    215 wrestlers

For someone being talked about so much this year, Watson really hasn't done too much wrestling, he seems to be missing an awful lot of matches! Anybody know why he won't be at Bourbon Bash?

    Best sophomore wrestler?

jordan whiting - who is jordan whiting? I know he is Trinity's leading tackler in footbal; as a sophmore, VERY impressive. But wrestling wise who has he beat, who has he wrestled? never even heard of him?!

    #6 seneca vs #4 trinity

Why is Whiting not wrestling?...weight issues maybe?

    Dunbar??

Dunbar did not look all that impressive at the tates creek duals. Although still a top ten team right now, I really think they will be a force to be reckoned with once they have everone wrestling their right weights, not sick or injured and elligible!...WATCH OUT for Dunbar this year they're looking real good!

    top 215

Dunbars 215 is Hunter Eade he had a pretty bad arm injury in a match with Travis Aubrey that ended his season, up untill that point he had a decent season beating many including roe, chaffin, nickle and others, he wrestled chaney and lost by 2. He is recovering and will be back next season, he is a very strong kid look for him to make a showing next season.

    state dual

ok so before allamerican125 gets his panties all up in a bunch, dunbar did not back out away from harrison because they are scared, they backed out becuase there were only going to be 3 teams there, they instead are going to the franklin co. meet which is going to be a much better meet in preperation for state duals and the state tourny itself, infact i do believe both harrison and conner are now going to the franklin co. meet as well. And Dunbar was supposed to dual harrison last wednesday and harrison backed out, i dont think anyone is backing away from anyone, but i think harrison and dunbar will now deffinatley be gunning for each other, it could get interesting next time they meet
