First of all, Highlands in 2004 had a kid that transfered in from Cov Cath named Mike Mitchell, who was found ineligible a week or so before the state championship game, which Highlands went on to win the state title without him, just to clear that up. And I'm pretty sure Colerain's ineligible situation was way more severe. And about Shotwell... I believe, according to Cam Co, and maybe even Boone Co, if you get approved by the board of ed of the county there can be acceptions of out of district kids if you have a legit excuse (Mason doesnt have a wrestling team) and if you provide your own ride every day to school. And about private schools being the nice guys and would never take advantage of there infinite possibilities of recruitment, they do. And independent schools are the same as public schools, but I believe there learning/testing is different? And im not even going to say anything about your last two paragraphs because they are completely irrelevant.

This is how it goes no matter how close the matches are. 1. Ruschell 2. Flake 3. Cooper 4. Murton There's no doubt about it... all of them are phenom's. And I respect all of them. Incase some of you didnt know this.. Kyle beat Alex Tsirtsis who is a 4 time undefeated state champ from Indiana. And he lost, but gave up a good fight to Lang in the Big Ten finals, and Lang is a 4 time Ohio state champ. Theres no doubt who would win between Ruschell and any of them, Ruschell is on a different level. It shouldnt even be a discussion. But Flake, Cooper, and Murton is a different story. Those 3 are all pretty close. But I would still say Cooper would beat Murton by atleast a major, and Flake would beat Cooper and Murton.

That baffles me, I cant believe someone would think Choate would beat Courtney... In case you have forgot, Harrison Courtney, as a freshmen, won the toughest weight class in the state by far, and one of the toughest ever.

Those 2006 cincinnati nationals results mean nothing, it wouldnt make it a closer match, if you arent use to freestyle or greco and not totally aware of the rules, you can easily get beat even if you are an amazing folkstyle wrestler, but as you see Reid beat Houchens in folkstyle. Thats all that matters. Plus that was a year ago. It will be an intense match if it happens, but I dont see it happening. They will go seperate weight classes, and I cant even see Houchens beating Jones or Kelly.. he would most likely get MOW if he beat both of them or maybe even one of them unless there was a big suprise.

Ryan Dillon when he is on fire, is phenomenal on his feet, just thought id put that out there, he can take down any body in the state when he tries. But I'd have to go with Courtney, Peace, or Wolseifer.

Very well put. I totally agree. Also heavyweights are... well they are heavyweights, they can fall over at any time haha, no but seriously they can. A nice lateral drop from anyone can put them flat on there backs, anything can happen.

I think it really depends on how the situation on the mat is. The Travis Sullivan pin in the finals was EXCITING. But watching kids you already know will win, tech someone, is pretty boring. But then again that is a double edged sword. A lot of people think that if you are a good wrestler and people come to see you and you pin someone in like 10 seconds, its a waste of a trip because they didnt even really get to see you wrestle. A tech or a pin are really only exciting if they are unexpected.
