fireplug 2 Report post Posted January 9, 2011 1.Johnson central2.Lafayette3.WhitleyEven though getting started late and going till ten it was all in all a good tournament. Some great teams there and there was some good finals. Wish that we could have gotten done earlier so we could have seen finals on 1 mat. Whalen won w last sec takedown, wyatt beat by hanley , salyers beat by whitley, hardy a stud at 215. jude was outstanding wrestler. Those are just a few things that stood out to me. bigtime 0 Report post Posted January 11, 2011 Not a very well ran tournament, but some really good competition. They need to adopt Capital city classic style, of using the big board.
ckywrestlingfan 0 Report post Posted January 11, 2011 Where would they put it? There's no room. I hate it when people get on here and whine and complain about other people's tournaments if you don't like it don't go. Considering the weather and having to push weigh ins back getting out at 915 wasnt so bad, I've been to tournaments that ended well after midnight.
bigtime 0 Report post Posted January 11, 2011 They could hang it from the bleachers just like Franklin does.

Wildblueeyes 6 Report post Posted January 12, 2011 I agree with bigtime. Capital City Classic at Franklin Co. has one of the best systems. You know when and what mat you are going to wrestle on. There is no guessing.
