It is hard for the committed wrestler to find good pre-season workout partners and an intense atmosphere. These sessions will allow you to training with other top notch wrestlers through intense drilling and live wrestling week after week to prepare you for the upcoming season. Each session will physically and mentally challenge you no matter what level you are at. If you are serious about reaching your goals for this upcoming season, this is for you! Extra sessions like these is what it takes to move ahead of the competition.We had a great pre-season group last year consisting of numerous state placers and several state champs! High intensity, great partners, hot room. If you are getting ready for Super 32 you need to ramp it up and start training at a high intensity level. People from KY and IN are driving 2hrs one way to get the intensity and partners from out room.See you Sundays and Tues. 6:30-8pm.In October we will also be offering the opportunity to get person attention with small group workouts for Super 32.
